First, we’d like to express our sincere gratitude to Wendy for her dedication to us throughout this entire process.  Being that we are first time sellers, this entire process seemed so daunting but to say she’s exceeded our expectations is an understatement!  (Did I mention we went under contract in 5 days!?)  Her recommendations were spot on for staging and preparing our home to sell.  We were especially impressed with the ‘coming soon’ feature – it really seemed to entice interest before we even went active.  She’s been fully engaged throughout the entire process – she’d even notify us of a showing before we had a chance to see for ourselves – she is totally on the ball!  She’s been in constant communication with us and graciously accommodated our schedule (with a little one) without hesitation – including driving to our house late the night before our appraisal to drop off a well prepared package to leave, just in case it would benefit us.  I truly felt her dedication to us was above and beyond…   If she had any other clients, we certainly would have never known.  I felt like we had her all to ourselves J  She has been so amazing to work with and we would be doing others a dis-service to not HIGHLY recommend her!
